IN COMPUTER SCIENCE
AND PROGRAMMING
Hi!
My name is Jacobo Rouces, I have a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Aalborg University, and a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
I offer 1-to-1 lessons in programming (mostly Python and Java), and data structures.
Online lessons take place over Google Meet, Zoom or Jitsi. I use different online resources such as sandboxes and an interactive whiteboard.
Besides freelance teaching, I have experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the fields of Computer Science and Natural Language Processing. I have also supervised and co-supervised pre-grad and postgraduate students, assisting them in publishing their results. I have published in regional and international conferences and journals in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics and Artificial Intelligence.
